5. Digital Products / Downloads

  • Upon purchase, you will receive access to digital products via a download ink.

  • Digital products are for personal use only and may not be shared, resold, or redistributed.

  • Due to the nature of digital goods, all sales are final (unless otherwise required by law).

6. Refund Policy

  • Refunds are only provided where required under consumer protection laws or if a product/service is proven to be defective. Please note that this refund policy does not apply to digital products, which are non-refundable after purchase. Please read the following carefully:

    1. Digital Products (eBooks, Downloads, Templates, Courses)

  • All sales of digital products are final.

  • Because digital items are delivered instantly and cannot be returned, we do not offer refunds, cancellations, or exchanges once a purchase is completed.

  • If you encounter a technical issue (e.g., a broken link, a file that won't open), please contact us at info@dfmarketingservice.com, and we will provide you with a working copy of your product.

  • 2. Services (Coaching, Mentorship, Consulting)

  • Refunds for services may be available before the first session.

  • Once a service has been delivered (e.g., a session has taken place), refunds are not provided.

  • If you need to reschedule, please provide at least a 48-hour notice, considering time differences.

  • 3. Physical Products (if applicable)

  • If we ever offer physical items, we will accept returns or exchanges only if the item is defective or damaged upon arrival.

  • To request a return, please get in touch with us within 7 days of delivery.

  • 4. Travel Services (if applicable)

  • Travel bookings (including flights, accommodations, and packages) are subject to the refund and cancellation policies of the airlines, hotels, or service providers involved.

  • Our World in a Nutshell is not responsible for refunds outside of the supplier’s policies.
